We are ready to announce the successful completion of an Ergil project in the sugar production industry! As part of this endeavor, we undertook the careful disassembly, welding, painting, and lubrication processes of the Cooling Crystallizer product, a crucial mechanical component utilized in sugar production. Shipped to Mexico for this project.

This project includes the integration of carbon steel (CS) and stainless steel (SS) materials, as well as welding both CS and SS materials together. The completion of this large-scale project marks a significant milestone, both in terms of dimensions and tonnage. We are honored to share that our customer has successfully installed the components in their sugar production facility without encountering any issues.

It’s worth noting that the project was based on ready-made designs provided by our customer, and we carefully executed production according to their specifications and drawings.
