Ergil has successfully completed a project in collaboration with a company in Iraq. The project involved providing EPCC services for the oil export pipeline from CPF to Zubaidiya Power Plant. Our scope encompassed the design, material supply, fabrication, inspection, testing, and packaging, including transportation.

Impressive achievements: 18”x16” Class 600# pig launcher, 18”x16” Class 600# pig receiver, and a 1200mm dia Closed Draindrum. We maintained the utmost industry standards, employing ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 for the closed drain drum and QOC / ASME B31.4 for the pig launcher and receiver.

Used SA350 LF2 CL1 QOC for the closed drain drum and SA516-70N for the piglauncher and pigreceiver, showcasing Ergil’s commitment to engineering excellence. Appreciate the collaboration with client.
