Ergil pleased to announce the successful completion a project for our client, Harouge Oil Operations in Libya. This project supplied a Gas Boot Vessel for Ghani Oil Tank Replacement, covering design, material supply, fabrication, inspection, testing, and packaging.

First of all, degassingboot separates gases from crudeoil in oilfield facilities. It’s a vertical vessel with internals and instruments. It operates under pressure and is crucial for removing gases from process fluids in Petrochemical Processing Plants.

Ergil’s Gas Boot HP Vessel, 1000mm x 12200mm, meets ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 standards, with 3.45 barg design pressure and -18 to +94 °C temperature range. Built with SA516-70N materials, it includes a mist eliminator, ladders, and platforms.

We’re excited to announce the successful completion of Ergil Project for our valued client, headquartered in Italy with a subsidiary in Turkey. This project involved the supply of a GasBoot for GhaniOilTank Replacement, covering design, material supply, fabrication, inspection, testing, packaging, and Ex-Works for ASME stamped 2ea 32”x600# class QuickOpeningClosure.

The hashtag#QOC Type utilized was Welded End RX2, designed according to ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 standards with a design pressure of 1100 psig and a design temperature ranging from 0 to +60°C.
Construction materials included SA350 LF2 CL1 for the hub and door, and SS316 for the sectors. This project exemplifies our dedication to delivering top-notch engineering solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. We extend our sincere thanks to the client for their trust and collaboration throughout this endeavor.

Completion of Gas-to-Gas Heat Exchanger Project : Renewal of Critical Equipment We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Ergil project in the #heatexchanger domain for our valued client.

The project involved the renewal of a critical piece of equipment a gas-to-gas heat exchanger originally manufactured in 1980. As part of the renewal project, our team crafted a new heat exchanger with dimensions of 2665mm inner diameter and 8658mm length.

Materials used: SA516 Gr 70 for the main body, SA 105 for #flanges, and SA179 for #tubes, meeting #ASME, #PED 2014, and #TEMA standards.
Notably, this project presented a unique challenge as it involved transferring heat between gases rather than the conventional gas-to-liquid exchanger.

We’re honor to announce the successful completion of ERGIL’s Storage Tank Project for The Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant in Mersin, Türkiye.
This milestone project involved the design, engineering, and prefabrication of 6 cutting-edge 14-meter diameter storage tanks, setting a new standard in Türkiye’s nuclear energy infrastructure.

Ergil demonstrates excellence in the design of these storage tanks, following API 650 standards for top-quality and safety. These tanks stand out due to their strategic design that tackles environmental resilience by collecting drain water to reduce flood risks and efficiently managing excess rainwater.

But that’s not all! ERGIL’s engineers ensured Condensate Storage Tanks CSTs are seismic-resilient through extensive 2D/3D modeling, ensuring unparalleled safety for cooling water supply duringneartquakes.

Mr. Daniil Bezborodov ERGIL’s Technical Sales Specialist in the nuclear division, expresses pride in contributing to Türkiye’s energy infrastructure. “ERGIL’s commitment to quality, safety, and innovation is evident in every aspect of this endeavor.”

Ergil has successfully completed a project in collaboration with a company in Iraq. The project involved providing EPCC services for the oil export pipeline from CPF to Zubaidiya Power Plant. Our scope encompassed the design, material supply, fabrication, inspection, testing, and packaging, including transportation.

Impressive achievements: 18”x16” Class 600 pig launcher, 18”x16” Class 600 pig receiver, and a 1200mm dia closed drain drum. We maintained the utmost industry standards, employing ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 for the closed drain drum and QOC / ASME B31.4 for the pig launcher and receiver.
Used SA350 LF2 CL1 QOC for the closed drain drum and SA516-70N for the pig launcher and pig receiver, showcasing Ergil’s commitment to engineering excellence. Appreciate the collaboration with client.

Our 30-inch Flame Arrester. Crafted from stainless SA240 Tp316 material and certified under ASME Sec VIII Div, it adheres to EN ISO 16852:2016 standards. Designed for natural gas storage facilities, this IIB Detonation-classified arrester, strategically placed in methane and natural gas pipelines, embodies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of safety and efficiency in the industry.

Introducing Storagetech’s CO2 Absorber, a crucial element for a project with a valued client in Adana, Türkiye
We handled design, testing, material supply, fabrication, inspection, and installation of 12″ and 16″ CO2 Absorbers with PVRV and VRV a top tanks.

Our design complies with API 2000 7th Edition, ensuring reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C at atmospheric pressure. The resulting 4106 kg CO2 Absorber reflects our dedication to robust and innovative solutions for a sustainable industrial future.

A fertilizer manufacturing company wanted to eliminate NH3 emissions originating from its chemical storage.

In 2022, this fertilizer manufacturer contacted Aager to reduce its productionrelated emission levels to meet current standards, aiming to minimize environmental damage, ensure employee health, and comply with national legal obligations. Following measurements and engineering studies conducted with the company, it was calculated that a 15,000 m³ storage tank would emit 5270 ppm of NH3 due to climatic effects and operational uses.

Storagetech announce to the successful completion of a project. This venture included designing, fabricating, and supplying an advanced CO2 Absorber for a client in Malaysia.

Compliant with API 2000 7th Edition standards, the absorber features an Atmospheric (ATM) design pressure and operates effectively within a temperature range of -20 to +60°C. Weighing 1363 kgs, it includes Pressure Vacuum Relief Valves ( PVRV) for accurate pressure control.

Storagatech’s eco-friendly CO2 Absorber effectively manages emissions, showcasing our commitment to innovation and industry standards at the project loacation.

We were honored to host Mr. Avtandil Rodonaia from Georgia at our factory! His visit was not just a meeting but an opportunity to strengthen international ties and foster collaboration.

During his time with us, Mr. Rodonaia engaged with our team, exploring our production processes and gaining insights into the heart of our operations.
We had the happy of conducting an interview with him, delving into his perspectives on industry trends and global partnerships.

First of all, scrubber systems are crucial for controlling air pollution in industrial settings by eliminating or neutralizing harmful pollutants like sulfurdioxide. They enable compliance with environmental regulations, preventing fines for exceeding emission standards. Beyond regulatory benefits, scrubbers create a safer workplace environment, protecting the health of individuals near industrial facilities.

In this comprehensive project, Ergil took charge of the entire process — from design and material supply to fabrication, inspection, testing, packing, and on-site erection for a state-of-the-art Scrubber System.
